Csr Project Assistant Female

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Project Assistant job role includes: Project planning and coordination by assisting in developing project plans, timelines, budgets and work breakdown structures for CSR initiatives. Community engagement by reaching out to local communities, NGOs and other stakeholders to identify needs, build relationships and facilitate project implementation. Volunteer management by coordinating employee volunteer programs, including recruitment, scheduling and training. Data collection and analysis by gathering data on project impact through surveys, monitoring, and evaluation activities. Reporting and communication by preparing progress reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders on CSR activities. Inventory management by arranging transportation, venue booking, supplies, and other logístical aspects of project execution. Grant writing and fundraising support by assisting with grant proposals and fundraising activities related to CSR programs. Social media management by promoting CSR initiatives through relevant social media channels. Assisting the coordinator with few administrative tasks etc.
