Job Role: CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Welfare Executive job role includes - assisting the concerned coordinator, assisting in project planning and coordination, timelines, work breakdown structures for company's CSR initiatives. Community engagement by reaching out to local communities, welfare organizations and other stakeholders to identify needs, build relationships and facilitate project implementation. Manpower management by coordinating employee volunteer programs, including recruitment, scheduling and training. Participating in events such as camps, seminars and field visits. Data collection and analysis by gathering data on project impact through surveys, monitoring, and evaluation activities. Reporting and communication by preparing progress reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders on CSR activities. Inventory management by arranging transportation, venue booking, supplies, and other logístical aspects of project execution. Documentation writing and providing support by assisting with proposals and activities related to CSR programs. Social media management of company initiatives through relevant social media channels. Few administrative tasks etc.

Qualification: Preferably Female graduates passed or pursuing degrees in Sociology, Social Welfare, Hospitality, Hospital Management, Nutrition, Public Relations, Rural Studies, Human Development, Masscom, Social Studies, Psychology, Anthropology, Geography, Environmental Studies with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge can apply.
Age Limit: Should be below 28 yrs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
