**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in English Education or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the college or university level
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the field of English language teaching and learning
- Ability to use technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Strong research and publication record in the field of English Education or related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and delivering engaging and meaningful lessons in the field of English language teaching and learning.
- Conducting research and developing new teaching methods.
- Evaluating student progress and providing feedback and support.
- Staying up-to-date with current educational research and incorporating it into lessons.
- Collaborating with colleagues and participating in professional development opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Mentoring and advising students.
- Participating in school-wide activities and events.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
- Publishing research and contributing to the advancement of the field of English language teaching and learning.
