**Responsibilities**:
- Teach courses in the field of economics and pedagogy at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters
- Engage in ongoing scholarly research and publish findings in academic journals
- Participate in departmental, college and community activities
- Contribute to curriculum development and program review
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote interdisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning
**Qualifications**:
- A Ph.D. in Economics, Pedagogy or a related field is required
- A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience at the university level
- A record of scholarly research and publications in academic journals
- Strong commitment to student-centered teaching and learning
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
**Eligibility**:
- Experience in teaching economics, pedagogy or teacher training is preferred
