- An earned doctorate degree in Economics Education or a related field
- A strong record of scholarly research and publication in the field of pedagogy of economics
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level
- Evidence of excellence in teaching, demonstrated through student evaluations and peer evaluations
- A commitment to the vision and mission of JKKN College of Education
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach and develop courses in the field of pedagogy of economics
- Contribute to research and scholarship activities in the department
- Advise students on academic and professional matters
- Participate in departmental and college-wide committees
- Serve as a mentor to junior faculty
- Stay current in the field through continuous professional development and engagement in scholarly activities
- Demonstrate a commitment to student success and promoting the vision and mission of JKKN College of Education
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a team environment.
