**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information to students and parents regarding counselling services, courses, and admission processes.
- Maintain and update student data and enquiry logs in the system.
- Support the senior team during counselling sessions and webinars.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and counselling skills.

**Educational Background**:

- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Arts, Commerce, Psychology, Education, or Management).

**Experience Details**:

- Fresher or minimum 6 months internship/experience in customer support, telecalling, or counselling domain.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Should be confident, polite, and professional while interacting with clients.
