- **Issue Resolution**:Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, finding appropriate solutions.
- **Information and Recommendations**:Provide guests with information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions, and make recommendations to enhance their stay.
- **Financial Transactions**:Handle payment processing, cash handling, and other financial transactions related to guest accounts.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, inquiries, and other relevant information.
- **Administrative Tasks**:May include preparing guest lists, monitoring check-ins/check-outs, and processing advance reservations.
- **Customer Service**:Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming and positive environment for all guests.
- **Teamwork**:Collaborate with other staff members, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
