
Area Sales Officer

**Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.**
**Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities.**
**Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to enhance sales opportunities.**
**Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest developments in the paint industry and provide product knowledge to customers.**
**Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, including setting sales goals, forecasting, and budgeting.**
**Team Management (for Area Sales Manager): Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.**
**Distribution Network: Manage and expand the distribution network by appointing new dealers and distributors in the territory.**
**Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.**
**Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, detailing performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.**
**Order Management: Ensure timely and accurate order processing, tracking deliveries, and addressing any customer issues.**
**Payment Collection: Monitor and manage payment collections, working closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate transactions.**
**Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.**
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
