**ROLE: INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
**INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE** WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO GENERATE LEADS AND ARRANGE MEETINGS FOR SALES TEAMS THROUGH MULTI-CHANNEL OUTREACH. ASSIST THE SALES TEAMS TO CONDUCT RESEARCH ON TARGET ACCOUNTS, MAP THE OUTSOURCING LANDSCAPE AND DEVELOP ACCOUNT PENETRATION PLANS. ALSO RESPONSIBLE IN IDENTIFYING SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND PASSING ON THE INTELLIGENCE GATHERED TO THE SALES TEAMS.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS VIA TELEPHONE AND/OR MASS COMMUNICATION SUCH AS EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA
- IDENTIFY KEY DECISION MAKERS INSIDE A COMPANY
- IDENTIFY THE PAIN POINTS OF A PROSPECT BY DOING A BACKGROUND RESEARCH ON THEIR WEBSITE, IDENTIFY THE TECHNOLOGY AND POSITION OUR OFFERINGS.
- FOLLOW UP ON LEADS AND CONDUCT RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL PROSPECTS.
- IDENTIFY KEY BUYING INFLUENCERS WITHIN THESE PROSPECTS TO DETERMINE BUDGET AND TIMELINE.
- BUILD AND CULTIVATE PROSPECT RELATIONSHIPS BY INITIATING COMMUNICATIONS AND CONDUCTING FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATIONS IN ORDER TO MOVE OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH THE SALES FUNNEL.
- EXPERIENCE IN GENERATING LEADS FOR US REGION(PREFERRED.)
- RESPONSIBLE FOR QUALIFIED LEADS TARGET ACHIEVEMENT FROM THE ALLOCATED GEOGRAPHY / CUSTOMERS.
- BE DRIVING FORCE IN CREATING SOLUTION MINDSET AND SALES APPROACH METHODOLOGY FOR SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUPS THAT CHARACTERIZE COMPANY'S DEALING IN MARKETPLACE.
- DRIVING THE RELATIONSHIPS TO TAKE THE COMPLETE OWNERSHIP OF THE ALLOCATED ACCOUNTS AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACQUISITION AND CHURN FROM THE ACCOUNTS.

**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- KNOWLEDGE OF THE KEY PLATFORMS IN IT, E-COMMERCE, ERP SYSTEMS, ANALYTICS PLATFORMS AND VARIOUS OTHER SAAS PLATFORMS VIZ SAP, ORACLE, POWER BI, CLICK, SALESFORCE, OUTSYSTEMS ETC..
- SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF MARKET, PLAYERS, TECHNOLOGIES, PRODUCT AND SERVICES.
- EXPERIENCE IN EARLY SALES ENVIRONMENT.
- ABILITY TO CONNECT AND DRIVE RELATIONSHIPS AT THE SENIOR LEVEL.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
