**We Are Hiring - Customer Service Executive For US Based E-Commerce (Blended Process: Voice & Chat)**

**Location**: Chandivali Branch (Mumbai)
**Process**: E-commerce US - Blended (Voice + Chat)

**About the Role**:
Join our team as a **Customer Service Executive** for E-Commerce US-based **Blended Process (Voice & Chat)**. You’ll interact with customers via calls and chat, resolving their queries while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls and chat support for E-Commerce US customers.
- Assist with **orders, returns, refunds, product information, and account-related queries**.
- Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional service.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in line with process guidelines.
- Achieve defined performance metrics such as CSAT, resolution time, and quality compliance.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education**:HSC / Graduate**.
- **06-24 months of Customer Service experience (BPO or Non-BPO) is mandatory.**:

- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in **US Night Shifts (Rotational Shifts & Offs)**.
- Ability to handle both **Voice and Chat interactions** effectively.
