**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Proposal & Scope Support**
- Assist sales teams in drafting client proposals, project scopes, and capability documents.
- Customize templates and ensure alignment with client requirements and Nexdigm service offerings.
- Research industries, companies, and projects to develop tailored proposals.

**Database & Lead Generation**
- Build and maintain an updated database of prospective clients and decision-makers across industries and geographies.
- Conduct secondary research to identify potential leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, and industry directories.
- Categorize leads by industry verticals and business priorities.

**Outreach & Pre-Sales Engagement**
- Introduce Nexdigm research and consulting offerings to potential clients.
- Qualify leads and set up introductory calls/meetings with the business development sales team

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields. MBA (Marketing/ Strategy) preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, business development, or market research support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Additional Language is an added advantage
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Power Point Presentation
- Ability to conduct secondary research and summarize findings
