Responsibilities: Inbound / Outbound II Voice & Non-Voice II Customer Service II Problem Solving
- Manage calls & chats
- Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Proper trainings will be given

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
