**Job Title: Client Servicing Executive (Internship + Full-Time Opportunity)**

**Education**: BMS, BMM, BABM, or Bachelor's & Master's in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, production) to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Assist in preparing campaign proposals, presentations, reports, and other client-related documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, respond to queries, and provide solutions to address client needs.
- Support in brainstorming and strategizing brand campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor ongoing campaigns, analyze performance, and provide insights for optimization.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to contribute to client strategies.
- Maintain and update project reports, meeting notes, and campaign documentation for internal and client reference.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, reviews, and presentations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about advertising, branding, and marketing strategies.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of advertising processes, campaign management, and media planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle client expectations effectively.
- Team player with a proactive approach to learning and execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
