We are looking for a Customer support associate for our organization.

**Job Purpose:

- **To Give our customers the best experience and quick resolution. You will be

responsible for the professional and timely resolution of our customer’s queries and

feedback.

**Key role and responsibilities**:
Customer service associates support customers by providing helpful information and

answering the query of customers.

calls /chats/ Retention phone calls during assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer queries by call or

chats. Maintain updated knowledge of the organization’s products and services.

Documents customer interaction queries and feedback on calls and chats.
- Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check

customer understanding and acceptance.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language

and anticipating their queries and feedback
- Strong command of written and verbal Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam & English
- Ability to explain complex queries in a clear and simple manner to the customers.
- Meet your performance metrics i.e. C-sat score, AHT, Productivity, Quality score, and schedule adherence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
