**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operation Executive to join our team at TARUNIAS in Preet Vihar, New Delhi. The Operation Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations related to class management, app upload management, class live sessions, and facilitating student-teacher interaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations related to class scheduling, student attendance, and teacher allocation.
- Coordinate with the technology team to ensure timely upload of educational materials and resources on our app platform.
- Oversee the organization and execution of live classes, ensuring seamless connectivity and technical support as needed.
- Facilitate student-teacher interaction by providing timely assistance, addressing queries, and ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to track performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with students, teachers, and internal teams.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using educational apps and platforms.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of education technology trends and best practices is a plus.
