**Job Definition**:
A Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Designer is responsible for creating customized designs and structural plans for steel buildings that meet project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards. They ensure optimal use of materials while maintaining structural integrity and cost-effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed designs and structural drawings for PEBs using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, STAAD Pro, MBS).
- Ensure designs are compliant with applicable codes (e.g., AISC, MBMA, or local building codes).
- Understand client specifications, site conditions, and load requirements.
- Perform structural calculations to determine the strength and stability of steel components.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align designs with overall project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to the fabrication and erection teams.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in designs.
- Identify potential risks or design flaws and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain design records, calculation sheets, and material take-off (MTO) lists.
- Provide progress updates to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of designs.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:3-4 years experience in PEB industry or in related field.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering or in related field.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong command over PEB design software and structural analysis tools.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with international design codes and standards for steel structures.

**Soft Skills**: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
