**Key Job Responsibilities**:
**1) Entries in Accounting Software**:

- Making entries of receipts i.e. cash, HDFC Credit Card, Amex Credit Card Receipts, QR Code entries
- on daily basis
- Making Entries of Sales JV on daily basis
- Maintaining Monthly sales posting
- Day to day entries of Debit note, credit note entries in Tally
- Updating Flash stock in Tally on monthly basis
- Day to day entries of Company Payments. i.e., Expenses purchase bills, Material purchase bills, Payments

(Vendors, etc), Sale receipts
- Reconciliation of Stores Sales & Payment Collection
- Daily communication with stores for query solving & checking payment status

**2) Maintaining sales figures and issuing certificate to Mall**:
Sales analysis report and dashboard figure management and sharing it to the concerned department for the next process

**3) Ecommerce
- Amazon, Flipkart Accounts**:

- Making entries of sales and receipt of online sales in accounting software
- Tallying Accounts receivables

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good in Excel.
- Advanced Knowledge of Tally Accounting software.
- Good communication skills to manage written and verbal communications.
- Prior 5 years+ Experience in similar role managing at least 50+ property expenses.
- CA Inter/ICWA Inter having good exposure in preparing financial statement and managing budgets would be a plus.
