Position Summary
Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and
executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the Salon
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person at the Spa.
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls
- Keep the reception area tidy with necessary materials (pens, forms, brochures).
- Introduce and explain new products to clients based on their uses and benefits.
- Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele of the spa
- Inform staff of appointment cancellations and client arrivals without appointments.
- Gather client feedback to improve services
- Open and close the spa at the appropriate time
- Schedule client appointments.
- Maintain a register of loyal clients for benefits.
- Process client payments for services.
- Update clients on current promotions and discounts.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Highly Confident & Dynamic with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Customer handling, Multi tasking and result oriented
