Inbound Sales Representative

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities on the Indiamart platform through lead generation activities such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their business needs, providing product/service information, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues or concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or other sales tracking systems. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
