**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Address customer questions, concerns, or issues, providing relevant solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Cross-sell or upsell products based on customer needs.
- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for inbound channels.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Product and service knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving ability to resolve customer concerns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
