Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Naraina, Delhi

About Us:
Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and growing company specializing in Glass Bottle Packaging Solutions. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines inside sales with fieldwork, allowing you to engage with clients both remotely and in person.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, attending exhibitions and industry events to showcase our products and services.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our offerings.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments (marketing, product development) to align strategies and share valuable insights.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using ERP and Excel.

Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of our products and the B2B market to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred, but we welcome freshers with a passion for sales and eagerness to learn.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Self-Motivated: Energetic and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
