The Executive - Sales Coordinator cum MIS will be responsible for supporting the sales team through effective coordination, data management, and reporting. The role involves handling sales operations, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
  • Assist in order processing, invoicing, and tracking deliveries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate with distributors, vendors, and sales representatives for order fulfillment.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups related to sales transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide reports on sales performance, targets, and achievements.
  • Efficiently manage and analyze sales data using the MAssist App and other MIS tools.
  • Maintain and update dashboards for sales tracking & forecasting.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data in the system.
  • Generate reports related to secondary sales, stock movement, and revenue tracking.
  • Manage sales employee inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • recommend improvements and innovations.

Key Skills & Competencies Required :

  • Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, or relevant.
  • Strong expertise in handling MAssist App and sales data management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other MIS tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
