Here is a sneak peek to one of our products **Role Description**: **What are the expectations from the role**: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, encompassing tasks such as preparing sales reports, presentations, proposals, and maintaining sales documents, contracts, and related materials. - Generate sales reports, track activities, and provide regular updates of Kolhapur to the Business Head. - Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt and timely fulfillment and delivery of orders while ensuring complete and accurate information entry into the system by maintaining accurate CRM data. - Assist in preparing and distributing sales documentation, ensuring proper organization and storage. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives, resolve issues, and enhance communication and collaboration. **Qualification & Experience**: - Graduate with 1 to 3 years prior experience as a sales coordinator/sales support executive/Voice process customer service /support roles in any industry. - Should have very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word with strong follow up skills & customer service orientation. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Prior experience in the industry or product knowledge is a plus. **Compensation & Benefits**: - Medical Insurance: Benefits of group insurance of 3 lakhs for family including parents, spouse, children. - Accidental Insurance: Benefits of 5 lakhs of medical insurance for self, covering 24*7 - Generous leave structure. **Possible Growth path**:Sales Support Coordinator > Senior Sales Support Coordinator>Assistant Manager - Sales Support Coordinator > Deputy Manager - Sales Support Coordinator > Manager-Sales Support Coordinator **Hiring Process**: - Screening of applicants & initial telephonic call with HR - F2F/Video Interview with Hiring Manager and Head HR - Final round with Founder & CEO The end to end process shall take less than 10 days.
