We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Representative for Axis Bank's Inbound process. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through inbound calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell/up-sell products and services to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in any field
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
