**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Corporate Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to achieve sales targets for various automobile brands (e.g., Maruti, Tata, Mahindra, Hyundai, MG Motors, etc.)
- Identify key corporate accounts and establish long-term relationships with institutional buyers, including leasing companies, fleet operators, hotels, and travel operators.
- **Sales Leadership & Target Achievement**:

- Lead and mentor a sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded for corporate clients, including fleet orders, institutional partnerships, and bulk purchases.
- Regularly track sales performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, procurement heads, and decision-makers at corporate clients.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
- Understand the specific needs of institutional buyers and offer tailored solutions to meet their vehicle requirements.
- **Business Development & Market Penetration**:

- Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the corporate client base.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and emerging trends in corporate automobile sales.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closure**:

- Lead negotiations with institutional clients to ensure favorable terms and profitable contracts.
- Ensure timely and efficient closure of sales agreements while maintaining profitability.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of vehicles and services to corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the after-sales service team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues post-sale.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**:

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency.
- **Brand Promotion & Product Knowledge**:

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and corporate meetings to promote the dealership’s automobile brands.
- Stay updated on the latest product features, technical specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate product value propositions to corporate clients.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the automobile dealership industry or B2B sales to institutional clients.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, particularly with brands such as Maruti, Tata, Mahindra, Hyundai, MG Motors, etc.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven track record of successfully managing corporate sales, leading sales teams, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value corporate deals.
- **Client Management**: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
- **Leadership**: Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve performance goals.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market trends, sales performance, and client needs to develop data-driven strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
