**About the Role**
Incumbent shall be responsible for managing the compliance and secretarial functions of the group companies.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Your key qualifications & competencies:
- Must be qualified Company Secretary with 2 to 5 years’ of relevant experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong inclination to work in a start-up to scale-up organization with a blend of hands-on and managerial approach.
- Commercial and business understanding; meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
