We have an Opportuity with Pharmaceutical Company.

**Designation: Outbound Sales/Customer Support**

**Location: Wadala RTO(Near to GTB Station - New Cuff Parade Lodha)**

**Qualification: 12th Pass**

**Shift Time: Pure Night Shift (US Process)**

**Gender: Only Male Preferred**

**Note**:
**1.GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED**

**2.Freshers are most welcome.**

**Job description**

1. Responsible for providing real-time, correct, and effective communication to overseas

existing and probable customers about prices and products.

2. Responsible for generating sales and making customers pay for their orders.

3 Providing start-to-end customer service i.e.; helping customers with making payments,

monitoring dispatches, and providing order transit updates as and when required by the

customer.

4 Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, increasing customer

satisfaction, and building loyalty and confidence in the company.

5. Logging customer complaints and closing of complaints/queries.

6. Well-versed with Chat Process Both Written and verbal

7. Continuous Follow-up with clients/Customers for Pending Transactions if any

8. Converting Customer Enquiries into potential Sales.

9. Communicating with website visitors/customers, generating Sales and Solving Queries

10. Must be a Team Player and need to maintain a pleasant working environment.
