Your Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new merchants and ensuring they understand the platform’s features and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
- Monitor and track operational performance metrics and help identify areas for process improvement.
- Support backend operations including order flow, merchant activity, and feedback tracking.

Who You Are
- Strong communicator with a clear and friendly tone, both written and verbal.
- Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards, etc.).
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Students or recent graduates in any discipline are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
