**### **Job Title**: Process Specialist - International Customer Support (Voice)

**Location**: Bangalore (Electronic City) | Work From Office

**Shifts**: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (US Shifts) | Night Shift Allowance Up to ₹2,000 | Two-Way Cab Facility

**Experience**: Minimum 2 Years in International Voice Support

**CTC**: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (Fixed) + Allowances + Incentives

**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiners Preferred
**### **Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Process Specialist** to handle international customer support through voice. You will be responsible for managing customer queries and providing solutions in a professional manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet performance targets.

## **Qualifications**:

- Min. 2 years of international voice process experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
