**Network Profile**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Managing network operations and resolving network problems as they arise
- Providing end-to-end visibility across all Network components including computers, storage, network and software Monitoring the network through monitoring tool. Network devices includes Routers, Switches, Servers, VoIP Devices, and Wireless Devices.
- Escalating the issue to Concerned Teams, owners when it requires.
- Adding, Modifying, and Deletion of the Network configuration.
- Updating the IP Subnet Scan Database.
- Preparing of Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.
- Training should be completed on CCNA and Firewall devices.
- Testing and analyzing IT system and software performance.
- Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures.
- Preparing training manuals and FAQ materials for easy-access end-user guidance.
- Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
- Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.
- Keeping informed of advancements in IT.
- Must have good Hands-on experience in **LAN, WLAN & WAN** technologies.
- Experience in Wireless Access Points and Wireless Access controllers.
- Experience in Routers, core switches, Access Switches.
- Must have hands-on knowledge on Firewall/VPN technologies.
- In depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switching technologies like STP family, Ether-channel and Inter-VLAN
- Experience in **SDA/SD-WAN** technologies
- Experience in Logic Monitor monitoring and good understanding of Incident, Service request and change management procedures.
- Good knowledge on **IDS/IPS** skills
- Provides root-cause analysis, contributes to the knowledge base preparation and technology.
- Cisco CCNP, CCIE certification would be added advantage.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:(degree, training, or certification required)
- Graduation or Any degree with Computer Science or Electronics & Communication

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
