**Job Summary**:
The Fertilizer Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling fertilizers and related agricultural products to farmers, cooperatives, agricultural distributors, and other stakeholders in the agriculture industry. This role requires a strong understanding of agricultural needs, product knowledge, and customer relationship management to effectively drive sales and enhance the market share of the company’s product line.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Promote and sell fertilizer products to potential customers (farmers, agricultural businesses, cooperatives, etc.).
- Identify and build relationships with new clients and expand business in designated territory.
- **Product Knowledge & Education**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in fertilizer products, agricultural practices, and industry trends.
- Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of fertilizers to improve crop yields.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Assist in organizing promotional events, product demonstrations, and workshops.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor competitors’ products, prices, and sales strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth in the fertilizer market.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
- Additional certifications or training in sales and marketing is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in agricultural sales, ideally within the fertilizer industry.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop management, and soil science.

**Location**:
Narayangaon, Pune

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
