**Admin, Telecalling & Training Support Associate**
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive **Admin, Telecalling & Training Support Associate** to manage administrative tasks and assist in training new employees. This role requires multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries and sales.
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees in telecalling and admin tasks.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and training sessions.
- Support HR and management in administrative tasks.
**Required Skills**:
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Customer service and sales skills.
✔ Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Fresher
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English & local languages is a plus.
