**Key responsibilities**:

- The role of the Franchise relationship officer is to manage, develop, and grow our Farm rental business, Farm Input / Output & Linkages, Franchise Partners and contribute towards the brand becoming the brand of choice for both potential investors and consumers.
- Formulate a business plan for Farm Business - Rental / Input / Output / Linkages
- Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee business plans and budgets
- Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes
- Locality marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow their business
- Planning, Monitoring and Supervising the work of company owned franchisee operated machinery
- Ensure effective scheduling to keep machine-idle time at the minimum
