**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Franchise Sales Consultant** to join our Sales team. The role involves identifying potential franchise leads, conducting virtual/physical meetings, delivering engaging presentations, evaluating sites, and closing franchise deals. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional to grow in the franchise industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow up on franchise leads.
- Conduct virtual & in-person meetings to present the franchise model.
- Deliver presentations, handle objections, and guide leads through decision-making.
- Evaluate proposed sites (virtual & physical visits).
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM/Excel reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of sales or business development experience (franchise sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Age: 18-35 years.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
