**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- You will be an exemplary Technical Leader in the areas of practice. You bring deep experience and hands-on in architecture, integration, build, monitor and managing skills of CI/HCI, which are among the best in the industry. You are crucial to realizing cutting edge CI/HCI capabilities, functions & performance tuning. You will be responsible for CI/HCI monitoring, managing & fine tune the performance, capacity parameters. The success of this role would be benchmarked globally with industry peers
- Technical Skills: Nutanix, vBlocks & UCS, VMWare, must be NCP certified.
- At least 5 years hands-on experience with CI/HCI family (Nutanix, VBLock, UCS)
- Strong understanding of HCI/CI monitoring and management tools
- Must have NCP (Nutanix Certified Professional) certification
- Extensive working experience in the VMware ecosystem

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Strong understanding in Nutanix architecture.
- Strong understanding of virtualized infrastructure
- Vmware experience in both build, run and transform
- Experience in trouble shooting storage VSAN, NFS, SMB
- Expert in Prism central /element management tool
- Expert in Nutanix network components and configuration
- Expert in troubleshooting issue related to CVM, Storage, various services failure in CI/HCI
- Expert in setup monitoring & logging for CI/HCI
- Expert in user management in CI/HCI
- Hands-on experience in HCI/CI version upgrade
- Understanding of various license options
- Understanding in deduplication, compression, encryption methods
- Understanding in snapshot, cloning and Disaster recovery functions
- Experience to work with various vendors to fix hardware and software issues
- Strong understanding of HCI/ CI security and compliance policy and parameters
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Working knowledge of other HCI systems (hyperflex, Vxrail etc )
- Hands on with different storage platforms, including and not limited to HCI
- Exposure/knowledge in cloud
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in large teams with geography spread
- Ability to lead small teams technically
- Client facing experience and skills
