**Advanced System Administrator**

**Advanced System Administrator is responsible for handling advanced second level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner and managing the activities and responsibilities of the service desk team. This includes all technology including workstations,**

**servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.**

**CTC Budget - Up to 10 LPA**

**Location - Noida/Chandigarh/Pune/Bangalore.**

**Experience: >=5+ years of IT or related domain.**

**Education: Graduate (any stream) preferably in computer science or a related field.**

**Pune & Bangalore is a remote working until the company doesn’t open an office there. In case of any business/training requirement, they might have to travel and report to Noida or Chandigarh office for business purposes.**

**Must have**:

- ** Good conceptual understanding of Windows architecture.**:

- ** At least 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience on WINTEL.**:

- ** Been in the end-user support team for the last 2 yrs.**:

- ** Hands-on experience in user administration & management (AD, O 365, VMWare, Hyper V or Azure etc ).**:

- ** Must be comfortable working on Desktop issues in a Domain environment.**:

- ** Must be comfortable to sign a 1-year service agreement.**:

- ** Must be comfortable working permanent night shifts.**:

- ** Must possess excellent communication skills and technical troubleshooting skills.
