We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and resourceful Computer Operator who can function as a "one-woman army" to manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong computer proficiency, excellent typing speed, organizational skills, and fluency in English (both written and spoken). Educational qualifications are not a barrier; what matters is capability, confidence, and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management:
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various software and systems.
  • Manage records, files, and digital documentation.
  • Typing & Documentation:
  • Draft, edit, and format letters, emails, reports, and official documents with high accuracy.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and error-free.
  • General Computer Operations:
  • Handle MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems, and internet research.
  • Operate scanners, printers, and other office equipment efficiently.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Prepare business correspondence and communicate with clients/customers in fluent English.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files.
  • Perform routine office tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Problem-Solving & Independence:
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Handle challenges quickly and resourcefully, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Gender Preference: Female (preferred).
  • Education: No strict educational requirement; skills and performance matter more.
  • Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office, email handling, and typing (fast & accurate).
  • Language: Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
  • Personality Traits:
