We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our organization's digital marketing efforts by creating engaging content and executing effective campaigns on social media platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Ideate and strategize the content plan for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage the target audience.

2. Create compelling content that enlightens, sells, and informs, aligning with the company's brand voice and style guidelines.

3. Conduct daily proofreading of content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and consistency.

4. Research various topics and create style guides to maintain consistency across all company content.

5. Develop plagiarism-free content and execute campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to optimize marketing strategies.

3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

4. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
