
Presales Executive

**- Call the clients and inform them about upcoming projects.**
**- Arrange site visits for clients.**
**- Arrange a meeting with the broker.**
**- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about new projects should be able to work with a Team.**
**- Excellent Communication Skills and convincing Power**
**- Prior experience selling real estate is a plus.**
**- To make outbound sales calls to new leads assigned by Tele-Marketing and existing customers.**
**- New leads to be converted thereby generating new business each month.**
**- Constantly up-sell and cross-sell products and services for both outbound and inbound businesses.**
**- Maintain and update identified customer opportunities on support systems.**
**- Use the necessary sales tools on calls to understand the customer's business.**
**- To answer all customer inquiries regarding company services accurately, consistently, and with confidence.**
**- Provide information on prices, location, amenities, benefits, and all sales questions.**
**- Provide a high level of service and professionalism taking into account the consideration that all prospects have an express requirement, and are looking for instant and immediate action.**
**- Highlight opportunities and suggest solutions to improve procedures, technology, and service.**
**- Communicational Clarity. You only have a minute of the listener's attention, so make each word count.**
**- Retention and Recall.**
**- Product Knowledge.**
**- Active Listening.**
**- Patient, persuasive and persistent.**
**- You also need exceptional communication and phone skills, typing experience, and the ability to thrive in an office environment.**
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
