Having good knowledge of our fragrances (profiles and
recommended end uses) as well as end use products
- Collecting and sharing market information (new launches,
new players, significant events which would affect our
business, market trends, market samples etc.)
- Collecting and sharing competitor information by way of
sharing market news related to prices, personnel, new wins
etc.
- Timely collection of payments from customers within the
agreed payment terms
- Regularly following up with customers on sample submissions
and to collect feedback on samples submitted within 60 days
from date of sample dispatch and reporting the same in ERP
- Updating and sharing of assigned reports within specified time
frames including daily reports (when working from home),
monthly reports, visit reports, KYC reports, Market news,
monthly forecast, annual budget, fragrance evaluation reports
plus any other reports prescribed by the management from
time to time.
- Contribution to the team by way of timely submission of
assigned reports (as mentioned above) either by mail or in
ERP timely updates on sample submission feedback whole
hearted participation in group activities
- Suggesting improvements for increasing the efficiency of the
organization contributing to growth of the business e.g.
how we can increase the sales, payment collections etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
