**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the showroom with a warm and professional approach.
- Assist walk-in clients by directing them to the appropriate sections or sales executives.
- Maintain the ambience of the showroom and ensure it is always customer-ready.
- Answer basic product queries and ensure customers are attended to promptly.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth handover and follow-ups.
- Maintain guest records, manage appointments or token system if applicable.
- Support the team in day-to-day showroom operations and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in a customer-facing role. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or local language.
- Polished, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stay calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
