**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

**Ad Creation and Optimization**:

- Create compelling ad copy and visually appealing creatives that align with campaign objectives.
- Continuously test and refine ads to improve performance.

**Budget Management**:

- Allocate and manage budgets for various campaigns.
- Track spending and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze campaign data and generate regular reports on key performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization based on data analysis.

**Audience Targeting**:

- Define and target specific audiences to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.
- Utilize advanced targeting options to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for campaign growth and expansion.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-quality ad content.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
