**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the operational effectiveness of the process and ensure all the Risk and Compliance agenda are met
- Leads and inspires a team of professionals, ensuring that there is a focus on quality and improvement at all times
- Mentoring and coaching direct reports, where appropriate
- Designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs
- Developing multi-hire sourcing approaches to fulfil the hiring needs
- Managing various recruitment events (interns, campus, hiring drives, etc) as required
- Efficient end-to-end applicant management for all JRs, managing the SLAs by working with the Resourcing Support regarding interview and assessment arrangements
- Advising Hiring managers where required, e.g., with interview guide, hiring process, etc
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs
- Ensuring policy, process and system knowledge and capability are at the highest level
- Ensuring close attention is paid to data analysis in order to drive the most efficiency from the team
- Adopting a continuous improvement approach towards the team and it’s processes
- Bachelor’s Degree / Graduates / MBA from a recognized university
- 09 - 12 years of experience
