**Job Summary**
- Support the team to perform sourcing & pipelining activities of Executive talent
Responsible for market research, market mapping, competitor intelligence, Organization structure and hierarchy research, heat mapping for roles ranging across all levels including VPs, SVPs, Functional heads, Business CEO, Group HRBPs.**Key Responsibilities**

**Business**
- Expected to leverage current and relevant social media and job board channels to identify the best possible executive talent.

**Processes**
- The Sr Manager is responsible for executing talent identification sourcing strategies related to pipeline activities across multiple functions. This individual works in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team to identify critical talent gaps related to specific geographic areas, functions and job grades

**People & Talent**
- Engage effectively and be part of the team

**Risk Management**
- Ensure adherence to BCST

- Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role.
