**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the learning and development team.
Online and on-site training and ownership of the assigned region
Responsible for on-site hands-on training and completions all across the assigned region
Owning cross-training of teams
Good knowledge of food hygiene, food safety management processes and procedures.
Should understand the technical vocabulary around the bakery, critical controls on all measurable KPI
Ideal training and teaching skills.
**Requisites**

Minimum qualification Diploma/certificate course/ B.Sc. Hotel Management / any graduation.
Years of Experience: 2-4 years
Communication skills: English-spoken and written; Hindi-spoken and written
Should know the local language.
Should be experienced in customized cakes, pastries, fondant garnishes, cake decoration with training skills as well.
