**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.
- Develop new and creative recipes to enhance the bakery menu.
- Monitor and manage ingredient inventory, ensuring that all items are fresh and stocked.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient production of baked goods.
- Decorate and present baked items in an attractive manner.
- Adjust recipes as needed to accommodate dietary restrictions or customer requests.
- Train and supervise junior bakery staff or assistants, if required.
- Maintain a consistent quality of all products and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with current bakery trends, techniques, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
