We are looking for Performance Marketer (UK-SHIFT only)for our fast-growing company.

Job Location: - Iscon Cross road Ahmedabad. Work from office only

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage social media marketing campaigns, and control budget/spending. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Manage digital advertising campaigns
- Research market trends, the brand‟s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc. to increase company and brand awareness

**Skills Required**:
1) Campaign launching and optimization

2) Good numerical, analytical, and research skills in evaluating campaigns

3) Controlling the budget

4) Can deliver monthly targeted leads/handle pressure

5) Goal-oriented attitude

6) Meet deadlines and make decisions quickly.

7) Can measure profit-loss and predict the situation as per the data

8) Teamwork and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and colleagues

9) Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to assimilate information quickly.

**Must Have Knowledge**

1) Knowledge of FB/Insta ads and their objectives

2) Analytics and goal setup knowledge

3) Strong computer skill(MS Office,MS excel)

4) Basic knowledge of popular PPC platform like (FB,Google,Bing)

5) Detailed knowledge of CPL,CTR,ROAS,,CPC and fb pixel

6) Knowledge of creative testing strategies

7) Knowledge of current market trends/Media.

9) Budget awareness.
