**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute inclusive digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Collaborate with content, sales, and customer service teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Manage digital campaigns, analyze performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize website performance for improved user experience and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation and community management.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization for increased website rankings and organic traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and engagement analytics.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
- 0-2 Years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with graphic design and content production.
- Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
