Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize website content to enhance SEO performance and user experience.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (blog posts, social media updates, etc.) across platforms.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative ideas to improve results.
- Manage online advertising budgets and campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0 - 2+ years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
