**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of network solutions focusing on Switching and Routing Cisco.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems.
- Develop and maintain network documentation including diagrams configurations and policies.
- Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Implement security measures to protect network integrity and data confidentiality.
- Monitor network performance and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the network infrastructure remains cutting-edge.
- Train and mentor junior network engineers to build a strong technical team.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of network services and equipment.
- Participate in the planning and execution of network-related projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide input on network-related budget planning and resource allocation.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of Switching and Routing Cisco technologies.
- Have experience in network design implementation and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in network security best practices.
- Show ability to work in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have experience in store operations (nice to have).
- Hold relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be capable of mentoring and training junior engineers.
- Have experience with network performance monitoring tools.
- Show ability to develop and maintain network documentation.
- Demonstrate experience in vendor management and coordination.
